Ingredients:
- 1 package of Oreos
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease it with butter or cooking spray.
- Crush the Oreos into small pieces, either by placing them in a plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin, or by pulsing them in a food processor. Reserve about 1/2 cup of the crushed Oreos for topping the brownies.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Once melted, add the sugar, cocoa powder, and salt, and whisk until smooth. Remove the pan from the heat.
- Add the eggs to the pan, one at a time, whisking well after each addition.
- Add the flour to the pan and whisk until just combined. Stir in the remaining crushed Oreos.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth it out with a spatula. Sprinkle the reserved crushed Oreos on top of the batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs attached.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
These Oreo brownies are rich, chewy, and full of chocolatey goodness. Enjoy!
